The 3rd International Conference on Public Health and Health Sciences (PHHS 2026) was successfully held on April 17, 2026. The conference brought together experts and scholars from multiple countries and regions, including China, Spain, Greece, New Zealand, Malaysia, to conduct in-depth exchanges on cutting-edge frontier topics. Through keynote speeches and oral presentations, participants fully showcased the latest research findings, technological innovations, and practical applications in the field of health sciences, jointly explored development trends, critical challenges, and potential solutions, and pooled wisdom and strength to promote the high-quality development of global public health.
In the keynote speech session, Professor Oon Chern Ein from the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, delivered a keynote speech entitled Drug Discovery for Targeted Cancer Therapy: Scientific and Translational Challenges.

Professor Sasidharan Sreenivasan from the Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia, delivered a keynote speech entitled Sustainable Nanotechnology in Health Sciences: Green Carbon Dots from Agro-Waste for Anticancer Applications.

Professor Alan Wang from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, delivered a keynote speech entitled AI-Driven Medical Imaging for Public Health.

Professor Carlos M. Travieso-González from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (ULPGC), Spain, delivered a keynote speech entitled Decoding Nonverbal Emotional Signals for Alzheimer's Disease Detection.

Professor Dimitrios A. Karras from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), Greece, delivered a keynote speech entitled Prospects and Challenges in Developing a Reliable Framework for Responsible and Ethical AI in Improved Public Health Services.

Following the keynote speech session, participating scholars took part in the oral presentation session, presented their latest research findings, shared their academic insights and experiences.

The conference provided an important platform for researchers in the global field of public health and health sciences to display achievements, exchange academic ideas and foster collaboration.
