Last date for abstract submission: December 15, 2025

Last date for paper submission: December 31, 2025

Notice of paper acceptance: February 15, 2026

Registration closes: March 15, 2026

Publication

Abstract submissions will be considered for oral or poster presentations. 

Accepted abstracts will be included in Conference Abstract Proceedings, and submitted to Web of Science for indexing.

Selected full papers could also be recommended for publication in SCI/SSCI journals. 

Submission Guidelines

-Authors must make sure that their submissions do not substantially overlap work that has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings.

-All submitted abstracts/papers should be focused on the conference topics.

-The submission file should be in the format of Microsoft Word, PDF, or WordPerfect document file.

-All URL addresses in the text (e.g., http://pkk.suu.ca) are activated and ready to click.

-All submissions must be sent to the conference email address: icphhs@acamail.org

Review Policy

The peer review process of PHHS 2026 is in the format of double-blind. Each submission is anonymously reviewed by two independent reviewers, to ensure the final high standard and quality of each accepted submission. The technical program committee will perform a shrinking process for the submitted papers about the scope and tracks of the conferences prior to the review process. PHHS 2026 guarantees that the entire peer review and publication process is meticulous and objective. Furthermore, all works not in accordance with these standards will be removed from the publication if malpractice is revealed at any time even after the publication.

Acceptance of the Manuscript

Reviewers will send the suggestions/comments to the editor, who is responsible for the final decision to accept or reject the submission.
